Plenty of beds for our family! The property could use a good general cleaning. Oven was extremely dirty. Kitchen is not well stocked. No dish towels, baking pans, etc. Cooktop only has two burners that are working. No washcloths anywhere in the house so we went out and purchased some. Great location but it could use some updating.

Property was as described. However, it’s an older home and could use some updates. AC unit struggled. Kitchen did not have adequate supplies, such as potholders or pans. Refrigerator did not keep things very cold. Overall, it was okay.

Unfortunately, to be completely honest we were all as a group disappointed. The house seems to need quite a bit of updating and upkeep done. It was not very clean at all. The floors were sticky and turned two of the kids feet black within a matter of minutes. Very visible dust on lighting fixtures. Many of the light switches did not make sense. The beds were shocking and really need to be replaced with new sheets and comforters. My wife was on the brink of sleeping in the car and my brother and wife left early because their bed was sloped so bad they couldnt sleep. Not sure that the A/C is working that well. The tree fort is a liability that is rotting. And there are not enough kitchen supplies to cook for a group the house is advertised for. Not even enough utensils. Lastly, the sidewalks are tripping hazards. Regardless, we made the best weekend we could out of it, but sadly could not consider staying here again

I booked this location for My Husband and my brothers for the annual golf trip. From checking in to check out everything was a breeze. Thank you, Delaine for being a great host and a great communicator.

Where do I begin…two guest in our party had to sleep on a mattress on the floor, because the bedframe was broken upon arrival (someone clearly mangled it trying to “repair” it). Reported it…didn’t hear anything for over 24 hours until after I messaged again. The grill was absolutely disgusting, clearly not cleaned for a long time with trash under it. This changed our dinner plans for the weekend. Don’t put anything that will spoil in the fridge, it doesn’t get cold (seeing in the reviews this issue was reported July 2024 as well). Very limited pots/pans for kitchen cooking. The home is older. It was hot in the home when we arrived, several window A/C units and box fans to help cool. The mattresses need replacing, all bedrooms utilized and all guest commented they were lumpy and well used. The positive: the street is busy with traffic, but is rather peaceful to sit out on the front porch. The Italian place down the street was great to walk to for dinner.
